These three articles are reprints of prophecies brought over a great number of years, concerning God's intentions for New Zealand, and particularly for His church in that South Pacific country.

The first prophecy is from 1952. Many aspects covered in it are still being outworked at this very time.
The second is a word through Ron Mackenzie then of Waikaka Valley north of Gore, later confirmed through David Paulson of England.
And the third is through a brother who was at the time living in the northern Manawatu, but now in Holland, and who previously worked for Scripture union.
All the prophecies deal with two different aspects of what God is saying to New Zealand Christians at present.
First the spiritual concerns God has for His Church, and secondly His intention to catch the Churches attention to those issues - even through shaking the physical-economic realm.
It would appear from the prophecies that there are certain preparations which Christians in New Zealand should be making. Preparations, not only in heart attitudes, but possibly also in certain practical areas as well.
Christians should be prayerfully seeking God to understand what kind of country New Zealand is going to be after His dealings, and what long sighted programmes we should be adopting (for example relevant skill Education now).
Christians would do well to really test these prophecies before God, and come to some conclusion about whether they believe God is speaking.
The Lord Jesus has spoken in many countries of the world warning Christians of coming events, even within this last century. Well known examples would be Czechoslovakia, Russia, and China.
People with access to Demos Shakarian's book "The Happiest People On Earth", would find the account there, of God's dealings with the Armenian nation, well worth reading as a positive example of God's advance help through prophecy and vision.
Whatever else, in this case, the kinds of preparations and lifestyle adjustments which might be forth coming following a serious consideration of these prophecies, would certainly do no Christian any harm in any event!
The descriptions of the sinfulness of the country, given in the following prophecy for New Zealand, brought in the early 1950’s, have now become the present reality in New Zealand. In this prophecy God asks you to stand at His side. It was spoken in the classic prophetical style and language of the Pentecostal movement of last century.
Prophetical Ministry through Dr. J D Eynon, Sunday morning, 26th. October 1952, at the Apostolic Church Convention held in Auckland. There was no earthquake that day, but God shook the building to confirm details of the prophecy. That year J. D. Eynon held the position of President of that denomination. This prophecy was issued from the Apostolic Church office on November 10th 1952.
“Stand thou by my side this morning, those of you who have been called of God and anointed by His Holy Spirit. Stand thou by the side of Him Who is Almighty, the Lord God of Hosts is His Name, and there is none greater, there is no one more powerful than He.
“For I desire that you stand this morning before the nation that you represent for My word is unto this nation, THIS NATION — unto the nation that you are residents in and citizens of. For behold thou by the natural eye, it is a land that is FAIR AND LOVELY: it is a land with EXTERNAL BLESSINGS AND PROVIDENCES AND MERCIES BESTOWED BOUNTIFULLY from the hand of an ever-loving God. For truly there is no measure that can be employed to express the expression of divine providence.
BUT LOOK THIS MORNING BY THE EYES OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, and look through the revelation of your God.
“IT IS A NATION THAT IS LIKE UNTO A HOWLING WILDERNESS: for there-is DEEP DARKNESS: there are CAVERNS OF CARNALITY: there are PITS OF INIQUITY, and the life of humanity has become so polluted that although hidden by the fairness of the isles, it arises to My nostrils as that which is nauseating.
For I have planted saith the Lord your God; I have caused sunshine and rain to fall and out of the abundance of My goodness have I provided for all.
I HAVE SENT MY SERVANTS AND GIVEN TO THEM THE ANOINTED WORD OF AUTHORITY AND EXPRESSION OF REVELATION FOR THE DAYS IN WHICH YOU LIVE BUT BY UTTER AND COMPLETE REJECTION OF THAT WHICH I HAVE GIVEN AND BESTOWED BY MANY VESSELS AND DIVINE MANIFESTATIONS, THE VERY ISLE OF FAIRNESS AND BEAUTY AND PICTURESQUE EXPRESSION HAS BECOME, IN MY SIGHT AS A HOWLING WILDERNESS.
But I will yet have mercy upon it. In judgment will I still remember mercy. In my wrath will I still declare my grace, but know this of a surety this day, THAT I WILL VISIT THIS NATION WITH MY JUDGMENT AND I WILL CAUSE HER TO KNOW THAT IN DESPISING THE REVELATION OF PROVIDENCE AND THE GLORIES OF REDEMPTION SHE HAS MADE HERSELF RIPE TO RECEIVE THE EXPRESSION OF DIVINE INDIGNATION.
Nevertheless do I stand this morning at the very top of the valley and I will send my word throughout the land. I will cause My word prophetical, I will cause My word anointed, I will cause My Word creative, to run right through the valley, and some will hear, and you will hear a shaking, A SHAKING, YEA A SHAKING.
For what if I declare to you prophetically this morning THAT IN THE MANIFESTATION OF MY judgment I WILL SHAKE THIS NATION GEOGRAPHICALLY.
I will shake it because of rejection, because of the despising, because of laying aside of the anointed word and revelation of Mine eternal Headship.
But alongside that, I will remember the true principles of love and mercy and grace and I WILL SHAKE THE LIVES OF OTHERS TO SEE IN THE DARKNESS OF THE VALLEY, THE KING IN ALL HIS BEAUTY.
For it is to be a time of shaking, My people, a time of shaking. I am going to allow the manifestation of My Spirit to be so operative in the days to come THAT THERE WILL BE A SHAKING WITHIN THE HOUSE OF GOD.
“For what this morning, if the posts of the tabernacle, the temple, should move because of the glory of God?
There is a long way yet for you to ascend, for you have not yet learned the new song, neither have you been captured by the spirit of song, KNOWING HOW TO ASCEND IN THE SCALE OF TRUE RAPTURE UNTIL THE ESSENCE OF DIVINE MOVING IN THE MIDST IS CAPTURED WHEREBY YOU CAN MOVE FROM THE COMPREHENSION OF NATURAL SENSES INTO THE REALM OF DIVINELY MANIFESTED REALITIES AND THERE SEE THE MOVING OF THE POSTS OF YOUR GOD IN HIS TEMPLE.
FOR THERE MUST OF NECESSITY BE A SHAKING OF JUDGMENT THAT THERE MAY BE A FINAL UNITY OF MY PEOPLE.
For I will shake without, and I will shake within, but blessed are they who are shaken. Many things that have claimed a part of your life and have become corroded along the manner and walk of your life, must be shaken off.
There are things that demand the Blood; there are things that demand the Fire; there are things that demand the Purging, but their are things that can only be dealt with by a definite experience and manifestation of shaking and I WILL SHAKE, that certain things maybe taken from you, that I may be in the midst of you as My people, the ALL GLORIOUS LORD.
For I am the Lord your God.
There is none other beside Me, and even in the howling wilderness I discovered you, and brought you by ways that were complicated and confusing as far as you were concerned, but I brought you to Myself.
I will still bring you to myself. I will yet bring you to Myself, but the work I do this day is special, and must be speedy to bring you, and all of you, to Myself
I will shake orthodoxy from the top of the islands to the bottom and I WILL SHAKE OUT THE SALT OF THE EARTH THAT I MAY GATHER TO MYSELF. I WILL SHAKE ALL THE FELLOWSHIPS THAT HAVE ENTERED INTO THE BLESSING OF MY SPIRIT FROM TOP TO BOTTOM OF THE ISLANDS, for many things must be shaken out.
Know too that I will walk in Majesty; I will walk this morning in dominion; I will walk in absolute authority.
And I will gather unto myself all that are born of My Spirit, and I will gather those who are immersed into the mystery of My Spirit, and gather to Myself a people that will be gloriously one. For the shaking without shall become so terrifying that you will be glad to keep yourselves in the shaking within.
“O My people, this morning, this morning, this morning, because you have not hearkened to My word in years past, I am now going to shake you; because you have refused to apply the principles then operating, I will shake you.
So stand with me at the head of the valley this day, and hearken now to the voice of God. For I have in mystery allowed My voice to run through the valley, and I am going to follow that word by My Spirit and you will behold you will hear, you will see. For this word that I speak to you this morning is not a word to you as a distinctive society of people. It is not a word to you that believe unto a certain name.
THIS IS A WORD UNTO THE NATION: THIS IS A WORD UNTO ALL MY PEOPLE: THIS IS A WORD UNTO EVERY DENOMINATION. It is a word whereby because of the end and closing of the dispensation, it demands rapid haste and development.
Look thou into the valley and behold; look thou into the valley and hear; look thou into the valley and see — DARKNESS, DEATH, DEPRAVITY.
But let your hearts draw nigh unto Me; allow My Spirit to overshadow you; allow your lives to be held by my powerful hand, and you will prove that none of you shall escape the shaking, but IN SHAKING YOU I WILL HOLD YOU AS WELL IN THE SECURITY OF MY GRIP AND A GATHERING THERE WILL TRULY BE.
For the anointed word of the Lord will run and free course; for the anointed word of the Lord will go to the ends of the island[s]; the anointed word will destroy and save, will scatter and will reveal, and ultimately your eyes will behold ONE SHEPHERD, ONE FOLD, ONE SECURITY, ONE ETERNAL UNFOLDING OF PURPOSE, OF PLAN, OF MANIFESTATION, and then you will find the secret satisfaction that you crave after.
No man this morning can handle this word I have spoken, for it is not a word like unto the words you are accustomed to.
It is not a word that will bring to you the ordinary manifestation and ministries of edification and comfort BUT IT IS THE PREDICTION OF WHAT I AM AND AM GOING TO DO AND TAKE UP ALL PEOPLE, AND HOW I WILL DEAL,
saith the Lord your God."
In December 1977, the Lord gave Ron McKenzie of Dunedin the following prophecy, it was finally made public in July 1982, by David Pawson, in Auckland, New Zealand.
David Pawson had received his own word from God for New Zealand, concerning an economic crash that would proceed a Spiritual return to God, a revival. He then prayed for confirmation, and received it in the form of this prophecy. Ron Mckenzie is presently (1993) living in Christchurch:-
At present God is preparing a Commando Army which can fight and win under tough conditions with few resources. Then He will drop a bomb which will almost destroy the enemy army and will shatter the conventional forces in God's army.
He will then send in the Commando Army which because of it's training has been unharmed by the bomb. It will defeat the shattered enemy army.
It will treat the injured, and reorganise, re-equip and re-juvinate the shattered forces of God's conventional army.
The result will be a mighty victory for God.
The Commando Army is a small group in the church which God is calling into strict discipleship. They will reject the things of the world and live solely on what God provides.
Their joy in poverty will be a witness to the world. they will be MIGHTY WARRIORS IN PRAYER. They will experience the POWER OF GOD, being able to minister to all people in all situations.
Their sole motivation will be the love of Christ.
When this Army is ready God will drop the bomb on new Zealand. It will be an economic depression on a scale which New Zealand has not seen before. It will make the depression of the 1930's look mild. God will shake the nation. It will have two effects.
Firstly - it will shatter the church.
The church has become a peacetime army unaware that an intense battle is raging.
The people have been blinded by wealth and have become so satiated that they have sunk into apathy. They have taken a worldly attitude into the church and run it like a business, paying their fees and letting the minister do the work.
They have become so worldly that they no longer provide a witness to the world. Under economic depression these people will be totally shattered.
They found their security in wealth and now they will have none. They found their happiness in material goods and now they will have none. They run the church with money, so it will grind to a halt. It will be a judgement on the church.
The world forces will also be shattered. Satan has used the lure of money and material wealth to hold the people outside the church captive and the crash will mean that his hold is broken.
Thus, we will have a situation where the church is ready for renewal and the nation is ready for revival.
At this point God will send in His Commando Army. Because it's members have learned to live without the things of the world they will not be touched by the depression. They will minister to the church and preach to the nation.
The people of the church will be shattered out to their complacency. They will see that their old lives lacked meaning and purpose. They will be looking desperately for something else which is meaningful and fulfilling and the lifestyle of God's special forces will be an attractive alternative.
There- will be a great renewal in the church, as people repent and turn back to God, many will be ministered to and discover a wonderful new life in the Spirit through Christ. Thus God's glory will return to the church.
At the same time the Commando Army will go throughout the nation preaching the gospel. The people will be looking for a new meaning to life and will be ready to receive the gospel. Thus as a result of a great move of the Spirit many people will be added to the church.
The depression will not come for a short while. There are a number of reasons for this:
1. God has only just begun to prepare His Commando Army. They still have a lot of training to do.
2. These events will come when people are not expecting them. At the moment everyone is talking about depression. But things will improve giving people a new hope, then just when the trouble appears to be past the crash will come.
3. These events will be a judgement on both the church and the nation, and when God judges He always warns first and before the crash can come, God must warn the church and the nation.
Although these events are a little way away they are inevitable. At present God is calling up his Commando Army, but he is only calling for volunteers.
Thus it is a time of decision, if we join it will be costly but it will save much heartbreak later.
If we choose to join we must become WARRIORS OF GOD. We must become POWERFUL IN PRAYER. We must learn to MOVE IN THE POWER OF THE SPIRIT, we must lay aside all the things of the world which would encumber us. We must learn to live solely for the LOVE OF GOD.
It will be costly, but Oh... how great is the prize...
A Nation brought back to God,.!
"For the time is come that judgement must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?"

The following prophecy was received by Hans Van Gaalan and given to a gathering of Christians in Kimbolton, Manawatu Lower North island New Zealand around 27-January-1990.
The prophecy came as a confirmation to me as I had been seeking the Lord over the first two prophecies, and had believed that I would have a word from him by the end of January 1990.
That time came and went with out any confirming word, and yet I still believed that the Lord had spoke to me through the first two prophecies.
Some time later I believed that I was to go up to Kimbolton and while there to visit Hans.
While at his place for a cup of coffee, Hans brought out his pencilled notes of a sermon he had been preparing for a gathering of Christians in Kimbolton which he was to speak at.
He explained to me that he was use to God giving him a chain of related Scripture whenever he waited on Him for ministry.
This time however, the Holy Spirit had dictated the following word to him, and then given him some supporting Scripture. In the following "read the red" is taken to refer to the words of Jesus in as printed in some Bibles:
"Let justice flow from your heart to all nations as I send you out to proclaim my word in every corner of this earth.
"Fear not, for I am with you. Until now you have felt inadequate, but this will change shortly.
"I the Lord will provide you with supernatural power to perform miracles, to heal the sick, to raise the dead, to reach out to the lost, to speak salvation unto those who have ears to hear.
"Time is running out.
"My servants have been too comfortable for too long.
I need and will raise people who are prepared to put everything else aside for the sake of the gospel.
"Do not harden your hearts when I ask more of My people than ever before, because My glory will go before you and you are My messengers.
"I am the only One who can send you in this world.
You cannot go in your own strength, because you cannot see what My Eyes can see, nor can you hear what My Ears can hear.
"The mockery of My Name will increase so much, that I will Become a swear word and a curse for most people. But not for long. Because I have set a time, that I will judge this nation, and if My people who are called by name do not make known to those who oppose them, why they follow Me, then they will follow their own hearts in the end, and will not be able to stand up to the terrible things I will do to this nation.
"But if you whole heartedly follow me, you have nothing to fear.
"As My light and My glory go before you, the chosen ones will see Christ in you and repent. The others will persecute you, mock you and in some cases take everything away form you.
"Again I say fear not, because you own everything in Me, and as you pursue, you will do such things as you have never even dreamed of nor have held possible.
"For some of you pride will become a stumbling block and you (will) have to recognise it straight away, deal with it and I will forgive you.
"...However, for those who will glorify themselves, their punishment will be worse than for the ones that oppose them.
"For I am God, and I do not allow competition, I do not share My Glory with anyone, nor is there anyone greater than Me'
"Now, go out and do as I tell you, for the time near, that you will no longer be able to do so, it will be too late to reach greater numbers, although in isolated areas, whole villages will repent and receive Me.
"Never rely on your own understanding.
"Be guided by My Spirit at all times Do not doubt.
"Listen to Me with your whole heart, because you will be able to hear My voice if you put everything else aside.
"You might think this is not for you, because you feel inadequate too inferior. My child, it is written, the weak shall be strong, and the humble shall be lifted up.
"The time has come that I want My people to nullify themselves for my sake. Consider everything else mere dust, but consider My word your life, your future, your bread, your mission, your strength.
You can do it, because I say you can do it.
"Increase your prayer meetings. Get together and worship Me with all your heart. Do not worry about the I structure or the outcome, Just do it and see My Spirit move amongst you.
As it is, I don't know some of you and my heart cries out for your fellowship as I have chosen you for these days but you are not listening.
"Set time aside to listen, to listen.
"You will hear My voice.
"Beautiful are the feet of those who bring Good News.
